The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. On average, it takes approximately 5-9 months, from initial design through to final handover.
Does Bareo have its own production facility?
Yes. Bareo operates its own in-house facility for furniture and built-in production, allowing precise control over quality, detailing, and production timelines.
Do clients need to manage the construction site themselves?
Not at all. Bareo provides a dedicated project team and on-site foreman to supervise the work closely. Clients can stay informed about progress without having to manage the site directly.
Can clients choose their own materials?
Absolutely. Our designers will first curate a selection of materials and present them through a materials board, allowing clients to see and feel the actual finishes. Adjustments can be made based on personal preferences.
How is the budget for luxury interior design calculated?
The design fee is calculated as a percentage of the proposed interior budget. The construction cost is then based on the approved 3D design and selected materials to determine the final price, ensuring clarity from the early stages of the project.
